We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equine Technician to join our team at Sparsholt College. As a key member of our Equine Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our horses, while also supervising students and facilitating their learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise students and facilitate their learning experience in a real working environment
- Provide high-quality care to the college horses, ensuring they meet BHS standards
- Lead by example, ensuring a positive and educational student experience
- Assist with aspects of administration, organisation, and day-to-day operations
- Deliver a varied events and competition calendar, including schooling of college horses
- Eligibility to join the Local Government Pension Scheme
- Death Benefit grant of 3 x salary
