We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equine Technician to join our team at Sparsholt College. As a key member of our Equine Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and husbandry to our horses, while also supporting the learning experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students and facilitate their learning experience in a real working environment
  • Lead by example, ensuring a positive and educational student experience
  • Provide high-quality care to the college horses, maintaining BHS standards
  • Assist with aspects of administration, organisation, and day-to-day operations
  • Deliver a varied events and competition calendar, including schooling of college horses
