Customer Service Ambassador

At De Vere, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering warm and genuine hospitality to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Punctuality and good personal presentation are essential in this role.
  • Proficiency in using IT software and familiarity with Opera would be advantageous, although training will be provided if needed.
