Your Role

We are seeking a highly communicative and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional advice to customers, answering inbound calls and emails, and resolving challenging customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Provide customers with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and equipment
  • Resolve challenging customer enquiries and escalate where appropriate
  • Become a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French/Italian/German (C1/C2 level)
  • Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Some experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills
  • A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be hugely beneficial
