Your Role

We're seeking a multilingual customer service team member to join our specialist team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and professional advice to our French/Italian/German speaking customers. Your day-to-day activities will include answering inbound calls and emails, resolving challenging customer enquiries, and becoming a valued member of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Provide customers with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and equipment
  • Resolve challenging customer enquiries and escalate where necessary
  • Become a valued member of our specialist customer service team
Requirements
  • Multilingual - excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French/Italian/German (C1/C2 level)
  • Confidence and exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills
  • A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be beneficial
  • Reliable and committed to providing first-class advice and service
  • Highly communicative
  • Ideal candidate will have an interest and appreciation of music
