Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a Scandinavian speaking customer service team member, you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional advice to our customers, answering inbound calls and emails, and resolving challenging customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to our Scandinavian speaking customers
  • Answer inbound calls and emails, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve challenging customer enquiries and escalate where necessary
  • Work collaboratively with our specialist customer service team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language (C1/C2 level)
  • Confidence and exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Some experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills
  • A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be beneficial
  • Reliable and committed to providing first class advice and service

Working Hours

Working hours would be 8am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Sunday working.
