Psychological Pathway Specialist

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs? As a Psychological Pathway Specialist with our team, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of multiple admissions patient pathways in East Sussex. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation along with skilled clinical interventions for clients in the pathway.
About the LocationWe are based in East Sussex, a beautiful county with good transport links, vibrant urban communities, rural areas, and tourist attractions. Our team is committed to providing high-quality psychological interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs, and we are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join us.
- Role Highlights:
- Lead the multiple admissions pathway in one area, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the pathway.
- Support the work within the assessment and treatment team, facilitating network meetings and providing psychological expertise in the pathway.
- Contribute to the development of effective strategies to improve trust and engagement in community services.
