About the Role

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Manager to join our Powered Connected Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering SaaS ERP based transformation programmes using KPMG's Powered Enterprise approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients understand how their work contributes to the overall success of an engagement and the wider firm
  • Build strong global relationships and actively seek out the global network's best experts to address client needs
  • Communicate compelling and well-thought-out solutions to complex problems
  • Foster a sense of self-belief and confidence in others
  • Support others to make brave decisions

Requirements

  • Experience of multiple industry sectors, including Media, Services, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Local and Central Government
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders
  • Experience of multiple Workday Finance ERP implementation project lifecycles, from presales, scoping and planning through to post-go-live support, as a Solution Architect
  • Detailed knowledge of Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business process across Finance and Procurement
  • Broad knowledge of other Workday product sets, including HR and Payroll solutions
