Job Title: Workday Financial Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financial Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Financials system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Workday Financials system, including configuration, integrations, security, and data integrity.
  • Provide day-to-day technical expertise to support and troubleshoot for Workday Financials users.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday Financials.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features, and manage the implementation of relevant changes.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Participate in system audits and assist with resolving any identified issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Workday Financials systems accountant.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Workday certification in Financials (preferred).
