At Dojo, we're committed to empowering businesses to thrive in the experience economy. As a Workday Financial Systems Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial systems meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Financials system. This includes configuration, integrations, security, and data integrity to ensure a well-controlled and documented system environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Workday Financials system, including configuration, integrations, security, and data integrity.
  • Provide day-to-day technical expertise to support and troubleshoot for Workday Financials users.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday Financials.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features, and manage the implementation of relevant changes.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Participate in system audits and assist with resolving any identified issues, including reviews with external auditors.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Proven experience as a Workday Financials systems accountant.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Workday Financials modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Workday certification in Financials (preferred).
