Job Description

At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Manager to join our Powered Connected Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering SaaS ERP-based transformation programs for our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Workday Finance, who can lead and deliver client programs, support pre-sales activities, and develop improvement and extensions to our Powered Enterprise model. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business processes across Finance and Procurement, as well as experience in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver client programs, including Workday Finance implementation projects
  • Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations
  • Develop improvement and extensions to our Powered Enterprise model
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client programs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Finance features and functionality

Requirements

  • Experience in Workday Finance implementation projects, including presales, scoping, and planning
  • Strong understanding of Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business processes across Finance and Procurement
  • Experience in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders
  • Experience in managing a team of 10+ colleagues, including client and third parties
