As a Community Health Visitor Lead, you will be part of our Healthy Together Teams, delivering care close to where children, young people, and their families live their lives. This includes working in Children's Centres, Schools, and GP practices.

You must have a current NMC registration in any branch of nursing and a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) Health Visitor registration. You will also need a full driving licence and be willing to use a car for work-related purposes.
