Community Nursing Manager

The successful candidate will have a current NMC registration in any branch of nursing and a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) Health Visitor registration. They will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and contributing to the success of our teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver the Healthy Child Programme within a multi-agency team setting.
- Develop and implement programmes of care within targeted groups.
- Provide mentorship and support to pre and post-registration students, and new members of staff.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
