Job Opportunity

This is a management role for a Nurse Unit Manager at Exemplar Health Care, one of the country's leading nursing care providers. We support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries and strokes, Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease, and physical disabilities including spinal injuries.

We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead our team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates, and Health Care Assistants. As a Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for managing your unit's care and nursing teams, ensuring high standards of care, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care, excellent clinical and communication skills, and the ability to work confidently on their own initiative. A good standard of digital skills is also essential.

A minimum salary of £20.24 per hour applies to this position, based on industry standards and location.
