About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across the unit. You will work closely with our clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care and support the development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide leadership and guidance to our nursing team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
  • To ensure that all aspects of patient care are delivered to the highest standard, including assessments, care planning, and medication management
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care and outcomes
  • To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
