Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Resource Planning Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated plans that account for facility and project activity. Your expertise will help inform strategic management discussions and ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role:
This is a contract role, working on MOD/Defence sector projects. You will need high-level security clearance or be able to obtain it. Your primary focus will be on creating 'resource-loaded' plans, incorporating production maintenance outages, and engaging with stakeholders to integrate individual facility and project programmes into an Integrated Plan. Additionally, you will work closely with Facility Operations and programme leadership to ensure alignment and integration of key planning materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated plans for resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of individual programmes.
  • Work with Risk Manager to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting to enhance programme management understanding.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in integrated planning, preferably in the defence sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
