Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Growth Executive to join our team at The Sales Recruitment Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to effectively communicate with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • To build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • To work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the business

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business or sales
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
