About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at ISS. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of security and customer service to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed to enter
- Conduct regular patrols of the site to identify and prevent potential security risks
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other security personnel and ISS staff to ensure a safe and secure environment
About You
- You will have previous experience in a security role, with a valid front-line security guarding or door supervision qualification
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts
- You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records and reports
