About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team at a retail site in South Normanton. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to any incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engaging with members of the public and providing excellent customer service.
  • Handling crisis management and administering first aid when necessary.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Using your initiative to make good decisions and manage your tasks independently.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA licence.
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
