Join Our Team as a Security Officer
Location: South Normanton
Hours: 42 hours per week (4 on, 4 off – night shifts)
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team at a retail site in South Normanton. If you have a valid SIA licence, driving licence, and access to your own vehicle, this is a great opportunity with potential for training and career progression.
Job Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to any incidents.
- Engaging with members of the public and providing excellent customer service.
- Handling crisis management and administering first aid when necessary.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Using your initiative to make good decisions and manage your tasks independently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid SIA licence.
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
