Theatre Arts Educator Vacancy

Academics Ltd is seeking an experienced Theatre Arts Educator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Drama teaching and be able to inspire students to reach their full potential.
Job Summary:This role involves delivering engaging drama lessons, contributing to extracurricular activities, and working collaboratively with the department and wider school community.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality drama lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that promote student engagement and creativity.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the performing arts curriculum.
- Qualifications: QTS with a degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject.
- Experience: Teaching Drama at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Skills: Passion for the performing arts, ability to inspire students, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £55,000 per year, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression.
