{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall well-being of our community.

Your primary focus will be on delivering a high-quality service, ensuring the safety and security of our residents, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and suppliers, and will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise.

In addition to your customer service skills, you will also be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating activities and events, and working closely with our Area Manager to achieve our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to residents, contractors, and suppliers
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge
* Ensure the safety and security of residents
* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
* Coordinate activities and events
* Manage maintenance and repairs
* Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
