We are a private drug and alcohol substance misuse residential service and have three treatment Centres in England and One centres in Scotland.

We are looking for a responsible System Coordinator to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks dealing directly with our Head of Operations and staff from other centres. You may be expected to travel on a frequent basis and you work very closely and effectively with your line manager.

Part of your responsibility will include and not limited:

- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Arrange meetings and able to take minutes from meetings
- Will be able to act as interim individual during Head of Operations Manager absence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage queries from staff regarding systems issues (Kipu/Citation)
- Make travel arrangements
- Dealing with customer complaints and able to respond in a timely manner
- You will also be required to travel between different clinics and this could be at very short notice.
- Take dictation and minute
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Take the lead on maintaining the electric case management system (KIPU)
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for all KIPU related issues across the organisation
- miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
