Warehouse Operative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Receive and document incoming stock, verifying quantities and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform regular stock checks and maintain the inventory management system, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in general warehouse duties as required, including heavy lifting and manual handling.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's licence and own transportation, with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, management, and clients in a professional manner.
