About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team at NEXT. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently processing stock to ensure it is available for customers as quickly as possible. Your outstanding customer service skills will shine through when working on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away
  • Ensure all stock is presented to the highest standard and placed on the sales floors or in the stockrooms correctly
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
  • Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
