About the Role
As a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Replenishing the Store: Restock shelves, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is well-organized.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the stockroom and customer areas.
- Visual Standards: Ensure the store is visually appealing, with products displayed in an attractive and easy-to-browse manner.
- Learning and Development: Develop and share product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Mountain Warehouse in a professional and friendly manner, promoting the brand and its values.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for selling and talking to people, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude. You should have an eye for detail, excellent timekeeping, and great people skills.
