About the Role

As a Team Leader at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the everyday running of a busy store and team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Delivering great customer experiences and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Encouraging the team to hit their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising
  • Being a Brand Ambassador and promoting the company's values and mission

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for selling and customer engagement, with a strong understanding of the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
