**About the Role**

As a Senior Residential Support Worker at Service Care Solutions Ltd, you will be part of a dedicated care team responsible for providing high-quality support to children in a residential setting. This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can create positive relationships with young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.

You will be responsible for supervising staff, leading shifts, and ensuring placement plans, policies, and risk assessments are followed. Your leadership skills will be essential in creating an environment where every child feels valued and supported.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
  • A valid driving licence.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, inclusive of sleep-ins (£50 per sleep-in). Our benefits package includes:
