Care Team Leader

At Bluebird Care, we are committed to delivering exceptional homecare services that enable our customers to live independently in their own homes. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are met.
Key responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, conducting risk assessments, and writing care plans in collaboration with customers and their representatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing the service provided to existing customers, conducting supervisions of care staff, and ensuring that electronic care planning systems are up-to-date.
We are seeking a team player who understands the challenges of the care sector and can rise to meet our high levels of commitment and customer service. You will need to have previous experience in the care sector, a valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and live within a 30-minute commute of Bromley.
