Senior Product Specialist for Alternative Credit

As a Senior Product Specialist for Alternative Credit at Deutsche Bank, you will be part of the Private Debt Product Specialists team, owning and driving the product agenda for Alternative Credit strategies across DWS. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for existing and new product initiatives, leading the development of new concepts in partnership with the Client Coverage Division (CCD) and the Investment Division (ID), and attending industry conferences to present DWS' Private Debt capabilities.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Asset Management experience in a comparable role with Private Debt or Alternative Credit knowledge
- Experience with Corporate Private Credit, Structured Credit and traditional Fixed Income as well as strong knowledge of fund structures, regulatory and tax treatment
- Strong knowledge of Insurance regulation and capital charge treatment of Alternative Credit asset classes
- Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to work collaboratively to define and implement business initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with experience in presenting regularly to senior forums internally and externally
