A prominent facilities management organization is currently in search of an Accounts Coordinator to enhance their financial team.
This role is well-suited for individuals with an administrative background who are eager to transition into finance, as comprehensive training and support towards AAT certification will be provided.
Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Coordinator include:
1. Processing invoices and overseeing the invoicing workflow
2. Managing petty cash and corporate credit transactions
3. Recording payments within the financial system
4. Handling expense claims and vehicle mileage reimbursements
5. Issuing credit notes
6. Conducting bank reconciliations
7. Maintaining cash flow documentation
8. Communicating with suppliers, both internal and external, via telephone
To qualify for the Accounts Coordinator role:
1. Previous experience in finance is preferred, though candidates with an administrative background will also be considered, as full training will be provided (including AAT opportunities)
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage individual workload effectively
3. Professional demeanor and courteous communication at all times
4. Strong work ethic
5. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
