Finance Admin Assistant

Swift Placements are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client in their Wirral based office. This role would be fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or Finance student looking to take their first step within their career.
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm
**Salary**: £21,500.00
Job Role: You will work alongside the finance team, processing payments upon receipt whilst providing a high level of customer service to client’s & sources.
Key Duties:
- Using the telephone to speak to clients and external agencies
- Providing cover to other areas of the business when necessary
- Ensuring all ISO27001 requirements are met and adhered to
- Observing and maintaining firm confidentiality in relation to all correspondence and communications
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business
- Processing payment to clients and third parties.
- Ensure daily work schedules are maintained to the best of their ability
- Using written, electronic and verbal communication to chase any overdue payments on a daily basis.
- Rectify any file queries to ensure files can be completed proactively.
- Liaise with other departments when necessary.
**Experience**:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer focussed
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to work to deadlines
- An ability to work using own initiative within boundaries, as well as in a team, to achieve maximum results
- Good attention to detail and an ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities.
- Good organisation and time management skills
