About the Role

This is a highly rewarding position that requires exceptional communication and project management skills. As a Senior Proposals Content Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality bid documents that showcase our expertise and capabilities. Your work will play a critical role in securing new projects and expanding our market presence.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Bid Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive bid responses that meet client requirements. Utilize your expertise in proposal development to ensure all necessary information is included and presented in a clear, concise manner.
  2. Content Creation: Produce engaging, well-researched content that highlights our company's strengths and showcases our ability to deliver complex projects.
  3. Quality Assurance: Review and edit bid documents to ensure they meet our quality standards and are free from errors.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline our proposal development process and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, English, Communications)
  • Proven experience in proposal development, writing, and editing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
