Client Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Client Services team as a Client Delivery Coordinator. This role will involve providing administrative and logistical support to our clients, ensuring the successful delivery of training programs and projects.

About the Role

This is a key position where the successful candidate will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality services. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients via email and telephone to discuss training program logistics
  • Participating in project briefings and creating project plans to meet client needs
  • Managing the roll-out of large-scale training programs
  • Liaising with external printing providers to ensure timely production and delivery of training materials
  • Setting up and monitoring online training tools and resources
  • Setting up virtual learning sessions using Webex and Zoom
  • Compiling post-course evaluations
About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience in providing administrative support, planning, and prioritizing multiple project demands. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
