Ryder Reid Legal Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to join their team in London. As an HR Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR correspondence using DocuSign, including probation completion letters, reference requests, and salary review communications.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to manage payroll and benefits changes.
- Assist with visa applications and renewals as advised by our Immigration Advisor.
- Coordinate the leaver process, including holiday confirmation and documentation.
- Maintain HR pages on the intranet and assist with appraisal processes.
- Support annual salary and bonus review processes.
- Manage holiday queries, year-end holiday processes, and sickness absence records.
- Handle e-filing, staff gifts, and new baby hampers.
Requirements:
- Previous HR Admin/Coordinator experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Availability to start immediately.
