The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for working in a high-volume restaurant, serving fresh quality food. Experience in pastry is desirable, and you will need to have a minimum of two years' experience of working at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level. You will be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, and proficiency in achieving FCOS targets is essential. Familiarity with current food hygiene legislation, including kitchen risk assessments, is also required.
