The Team

We are seeking ambitious consultants to support our clients in optimizing and transforming their operations to improve insight and efficiency and drive the enablement of their business strategies. Our team will sell and deliver ERP transformation projects ranging from strategic value assessments to Microsoft Dynamics implementations.

About Your Role

You will be part of a new management consulting team that combines broad ERP transformation experience with deep industry insight and with strong Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform skills. You will provide experienced supported advice on functional optimizations across our client's operations, working across sectors and industries, from life sciences, industrial products to consumer business, and financial services to media and telecommunications.

Requirements
  • 7 to 20 years of relevant ERP and Microsoft Dynamics advisory experience across a range of roles, including business development, business analysis, sales, service, marketing and commerce operating model process design, use case development, solution and technology architecture, and project management.
  • Strong industry skills in one or more sectors, with a preference for Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrable general skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication and presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
