We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Care Team in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time role with an annual salary of £34,637-£41,564.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to residents with physical disabilities, including those experiencing cognitive decline.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify resident needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care services.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident progress, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualification as an Occupational Therapist with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Work.
  • Valid UK driving license.
