We are currently seeking an Amazon Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise to develop and implement comprehensive Amazon growth strategies for our portfolio brands.

This position is full-time in our London office.

Responsibilities

As an Amazon Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Growing our portfolio brands on Amazon through product listing optimization, inventory management, and strategic initiatives
  • Guiding PPC teams to align campaigns with overall growth strategies and SEO efforts
  • Collaborating with creative teams to enhance product visuals and ensure effective showcasing
  • Maintaining key performance metrics, providing regular reports, and informing strategy adjustments
  • Coordinating with internal teams (PPC, SEO, Commercial) and external partners to execute growth strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in an Amazon-related role
  • A proven track record of successfully managing Amazon accounts and driving growth
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, product listing optimization, and catalog management
  • Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools
  • Self-motivation, diligence, and a team player personality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year
