Job Title: Homework Club Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Homework Club Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our local workspace, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.

Responsibilities:General
  • Oversee all aspects of the building, including sales, hospitality, and operations, to ensure a high-quality experience for our members.
  • Drive unit revenue and sales performance, supporting the club's positive net member movement requirement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a five-star experience for our members from opening to close.
  • Ensure safety, standards, and service are maintained throughout the club.
  • Lead the Club team to ensure they are well-trained, confident, and engaged.
Sales and Marketing
  • Be accountable for all sales for your club, ensuring all sales budgets are achieved, including volume, revenue, and sales mix.
  • Monitor and track membership results and activity levels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using our systems and tools.
  • Manage tours, no-shows, and non-joiners, as well as inbound leads, sales strategy, and performance trends.
Member Experience
  • Become the face of Drop-in with members and the local community, promoting our brand and values.
  • Manage operational requirements, including maintenance and cleaning, contracts, health and safety, and compliance.
  • Create effective marketing activities, such as CRM, promotions, social content, and local events.
  • Support the DROP-IN team, including training new joiners and supporting new Club openings.
Requirements:
  • Significant operational experience in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record in sales and customer engagement.
  • Confidence in duty management shifts and a high-quality sales environment.
  • Proven track record of surpassing financial targets, driving success, and growth.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with a passion for hospitality and customer experience.
  • Evidence of continuous learning and skill development.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)

  • 33 days of annual leave per year, including 8 Bank Holidays, plus your birthday
