Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accurately administering manufacturer warranty systems.

About the Role:

  • Working with one of the world's leading automotive brands, you will ensure OEM guidelines and processes are followed to guarantee timely warranty claims.
  • You will provide first-class support to our business, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering manufacturer warranty systems to ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and processes.
  • Providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders, resolving any issues or queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of warranty claims.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
