Claims Resolution Specialist

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for administering manufacturer warranty systems in compliance with OEM guidelines. This involves efficiently and accurately processing warranty claims to prevent unnecessary fines.
Daily Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the Aftersales Manager to mitigate audit risk and support business growth
- Process and resolve warranty-related issues efficiently
- Administer an holistic process for warranty claims
