Warranty Management Specialist

The role of Warranty Administrator at Group 1 Automotive involves providing first-class support to our business. Working with a world-leading brand, you will be accountable for efficiently and accurately administering manufacturer warranty systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluating and processing warranty claims in accordance with OEM guidelines and processes
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of warranty issues
- Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers
