About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our award-winning Retail team at Three UK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead and coach a team to deliver great customer service and sales
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the store
  • Raise the bar with your commercial expertise and drive sales to deliver high performance
Requirements
  • Organising and supporting a team
  • A passion for customer service and leading by example
  • Experience working to and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience with managing a team and focusing on development
  • Creating a culture of coaching and training within the team
