Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing excellent support to our construction projects.

Duties:

  1. Liaising with internal and external teams, suppliers, and construction workers.
  2. Organising training, medicals, and meetings.
  3. Logging time-sheet hours, holiday, and sickness.
  4. Running reports.
  5. Overseeing health and safety briefings.
  6. Organising supplies for projects.
  7. Various administrative duties.

Person Specification:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Accurate eye for detail.
  3. Strong IT skills.
  4. Ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met.
  5. Proven track record of carrying out administrative duties.
  6. Flexible approach towards working hours and duties.
  7. Outgoing and friendly personality.
