Job Title: Senior Construction Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Consultant to join our team at Pegasus Search and Selection. As a Senior Construction Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost management and contract administration to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide cost management and contract administration services to clients in the construction industry
Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with clients and contractors to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives
Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow
Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders

Requirements:
Proven experience in cost management and contract administration in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and contractors
