Job Description:

As Senior Construction Consultant, you will be responsible for leading our construction and productivity advisory team within ENGINEERINGUK consult. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients and drive innovation in the industry.

  • You will lead all components of project and programme management and delivery related to property or infrastructure, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • In-depth experience of stakeholder management on complex and controversial programmes and/or projects is essential, as well as advanced presentation and report writing skills.
  • You will have the ability to manage teams in uncertain environments on multiple short-term commissions and mobilise a project team, clearly delegating and managing all tasks and responsibilities.
  • A Master's degree or equivalent level of postgraduate or technical study is required, along with detailed technical/industry analysis of subject matter expertise at either sector/capability level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth experience and/or understanding of the role of an advisory service and how it adds value to programme and project delivery.
  • The ability to apply logical thinking and creative solutions, as well as coaching skills.
  • Maintains strong external professional network.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range between £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working options and opportunities for professional development.
