About the Role

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Office Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes. This perm role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing budgets, and providing HR support to all managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities, plan social events, and foster a positive office culture.
  • Marketing Management: Assist in developing marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns, and manage social media accounts.
  • HR Administration: Assist with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding employees, maintain employee records, and manage benefits.
  • Support to Managing Director: Plan travel arrangements, handle issues or changes promptly, and ensure necessary documents are in order.
Requirements

This role requires someone who is diligent, confidential, and has great attention to detail. The right person will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
