About the Role

We are seeking a Governance Lead to join the Community Health and Integrated Care Division on a fixed-term contract or secondment for up to 6 months. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering outstanding clinical services, quality improvements in nursing and integrated teams, and be a collaborative leader within the organisation and wider system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the CHIC quality and clinical governance programme
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Sussex
  • Support the implementation of the clinical governance framework
  • Support the development of policies and procedures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of four years' experience in Risk Management with a Clinical Diploma in Risk Management or equivalent
  • Patient Safety Incident or equivalent training e.g. NHSE Level 1 and 2
  • Evidence of continuing relevant professional development to masters or equivalent level of knowledge and experience

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
