Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Governance Manager to join our team in Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of a robust clinical quality and governance framework within the Community Health and Integrated Care Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework that ensures high standards of patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to teams across the division, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or business management
  • Proven experience in governance, risk management, or a related field

Location and Working Hours

This full-time position is based in Sussex, with a 37.5-hour working week. You will be accountable to the Assistant Director of Nursing and report directly to them.
